Needs discussion on what kinds of errors/warnings would be best.

Checks will be of the form "check if any row is not 'n/a' for a column that was expected to be filled by script X"

Need to take into account that just because something is n/a everywhere doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong (eg. no functional annotations will be added if the mutations with annotations aren't in the given sequence)
