[FEATURE REQUEST]: Fix update-function for updating certificate in citrixadc_sslcertkey

Description

When updating a certificate using the citrixadc_sslcertkey the certificate is not updated, instead its being destroyed and then created. This leads to a small drop in traffic, as the certificate-bindings has to be deleted and recreated as well.
