Describe the feature

Currently the expenses sliders are more of an exploratory option. It may be nice to be able to allow users to budget their expenses by moving the sliders, which persists across the game. Some balancing scheme would need to be implemented; for example, how would the other sliders react if the user moved one of them?

Additional notes from feedback:

Would be nice to see a more detailed breakdown of the expenses, particularly since the different migrant profiles have different family compositions. For example, migrants with larger families might need to spend more on food.
