Animate dashboard sliders when expenditures change on decisions

Describe the feature

Currently there is no visual indication as to what specific expense changes when users make decisions. Consider adding an animation to the sliders. For example, if the user borrows money to send remittances, show the slider moving up on its own when the dashboard pops up.
