Inconsistent description in Remittances card

Describe the bug

Remittances card states "A relative from Venezuela informs you that he urgently requires resources to cover his mother's health expenses." However, one of the options states "I can't send money to mom now", and "Your mother will not be able to receive adequate health care and will probably not get better."

Need to reconcile discrepancy between options, either the target person being the migrant's mother or the migrant's relative's
mother.
