Show stress level in options and dashboard

Describe the feature

As it plays a major role in the win/lose condition, it may be helpful to include this metric in the dashboard so that users can see what level they are at at all times. Additionally, it may be helpful to include which options would increase stress (or at least hint at it). This may mitigate "easy" decisions such as in #55.
