Inconsistency in "Remittances" card description/options

Describe the bug

The description for the "Remittances" card states "A relative from Venezuela informs you that he urgently requires resources to cover his mother's health expenses". However, one of the options says "I can't send money to mom now" as well as "Your mother will not be able to receive adequate health care" in the follow-up description. Need to reconcile this difference, is the money going to your (the migrant's) mom or the relative's mom?
