Kamaji development environment setup

It would be nice to create a short guide on how to setup a development environment with kind and Kamaji.
Currently, in the getting started guide, a step by step kind setup is already provided so we're just missing the running/debugging kamaji controller step; a make target may be created too to deal with resources patching if needed.

Looking for someone happy to write all the steps in the documentation.

Hi @prometherion I've got the documentation ready.. PR --> #665
Also, is there a Slack link or something where I could drop some enquires..? I ran into few issues while setting up Kamaji on Kind, I notice few issues with the Helm Charts.. not sure if it was an issue in my setup or on the other side..?
