如题，我们app的每次发版，都需要借助cdn，目前支持github的cdn有如下：

https://cdn.staticaly.com/gh/cliclitv/clicli-hybrid-app/master/bin/clicli.apk?env=dev

这家通过 env=dev 来获得最新版本，他们使用的是 cloudflare，默认美国节点

https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/cliclitv/clicli-hybrid-app@master/bin/clicli.apk

这家默认缓存七天，需要申请刷新缓存的权限，得到刷新缓存的 API
节点全部在国内，速度极快
