Context

Skycrane should be able to create kubernetes resources.

Description

Skycrane should be able to translate starlark defined resources into k8s resources and create/update/destroy them.
This only covers regular resources, since infrastructure resources will be a different plugin

Acceptance Criteria

  • create at least the basic resources that users usually create
    /triage
    /assign
    /label enhancement
