Request to add teams app to the terraform-provider-cloudfoundry repository

As we work and communicate with users constantly through issues/discussion and PRs, we would request to install the teams app to the terraform repo so that we can subscribe the same from teams

It would probably be better to create a Slack channel on cloudfoundry.slack.com for the terraform provider instead of using Teams. This facilitates collaboration between WG areas.
