Requirements

  • Primarily working on an open source project
    • Reflected in PR made in Pull request system #1
    • Not a project that currently provides enough revenue to rent a desk
  • Advertise that we will allow for requirements to be changed by pull request for good reasons
  • Attend 1 out of every 5 C&S "Open Source discussion" weekly meetups (video watch parties, hack nights, general project discussion). ("Open source support group")

Instead of a membership at free OSS desk, benefit can be used to discount a desk plan.

One or more of the following

At least once every 2 months. Proposal submitted in off-month. Adds monthly accountability without too much strain.

  • Give a presentation to C&S general program
  • Host a hack session or something

or once a month

  • Be the host for 3 open source discussion meetups
  • Submit 2 accepted proposals for open source discussion meetup

Nice to haves

  • Link on project repo or website
  • Publicized office hours
