神戸市データ追加 #5

神戸市幼稚園・保育所・こども園の施設一覧は情報公開されている。
http://www.city.kobe.lg.jp/child/grow/shinseido/index02_02.html

ただし施設位置情報が無いため、geojson 形式データが生成できていない。
OpensStreetMap から取得できないか？

国土数値情報にデータが揃っている。ただし状況も変化しているので、データの突き合わせが必要。

一部は openstreetmap にも入っている模様。
