在管理后台中添加一个「相册设置」页面。具体而言：

  • 需要在这里添加一个 template
  • 需要在这里添加一个对应 route，用于将设置更新到 static/app.json
  • 需要同时在相册程序中获取、应用设置

其中涉及的配置项主要包含：
