The situation is the following, in the local network, the web server is installed and configured joomla 2.5.8 integration with AD using plug JMapMyLDAP .
OTRS set, check otrs.CheckModules.pl, everything is OK.
Install components com_otrsgateway_1.6-0.9.2, set up all the instructions.
The problem is this, when you click the menu item "Add account" in the "To" nothing otobrazhaetsya.

Having an empty To list is generally caused by the Joomla user not being recognised on the OTRS side. Have you created OTRS customer users for your Joomla users and granted these users rights to your OTRS queues?

Can you explain in more detail on what immenno users to create. And for more about the queue.
For example I made to the existing queues another IT department. Created by OTRS, and appointed him to this place.

In OTRS, you need to have a customer user (someone who can log into the customer.pl part or OTRS) that matches your Joomla users. If you are authenticating your Joomla users via LDAP, you can use OTRS's LDAP back-end for customer users (http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/ru/html/auth-backends.html#customer-auth-backend-ldap)

Your customer users must belong to a group (http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/ru/html/customers-and-groups.html) that has permissions to your queues.

A way to test this is to log into your OTRS system directly as a Joomla user (http://[your-otrs-site]/otrs/customer.pl) and see if the customer user account can see the queues.
