Proposal: Integrate multicluster plugin into coredns/coredns

Hello, thank you for providing this great plugin!

I would like to propose integrating the multicluster plugin into coredns/coredns (https://github.com/coredns/coredns) as an official plugin. This would eliminate the need for self-building, making the plugin easier to adopt and more widely used.

Hi @kahirokunn, I'm already working on it actually, see coredns/coredns#6921. Things are not 100% confirmed though but I will try my best for the multi cluster plugin to be in good shape for merging it in-tree!
