Not working with the new API credentials #1

Unzer changed their API credentials and this bundle does not work anymore.

In the old API, credentials were passed using the senderId, login and password. Additionally the channel was mandatory to identify the payment transaction. All of these parameters are replaced by the public key and the private key.
