Rendering issue with TOC enabled

How did you create the site?

Built from jekyll-theme-chirpy

Describe the bug

Getting the error in console when the post content contains " ## Global " as a heading. This also disables the page up button and the image box for the main post image when this error happens.

Steps To Reproduce

Start a post and insert the heading ##Global

Expected Behavior

Process all text normally.

Environment

• Ruby: ruby 3.1.2p20 (2022-04-12 revision 4491bb740a) [x86_64-linux-gnu]
• Jekyll: 4.3.4
• Chirpy: v7.2.4

Thank you for your report, this is indeed a strange issue.

Further testing must be the first word to cause this error, I thought it might be the # of characters I was using but no, just the word small or caps. I can't explain it.
