Describe the bug
MaxQuant changeFolder function outputs to stderr instead of stdout.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Follow https://cox-labs.github.io/coxdocs/Download_Installation.html#edit-mqpar.xml-file

Expected behavior
MaxQuant should output to Standard output (stdout)

Additional context

This is only a cosmetic bug, not a functional one.
