TODO:

check out the Steam PICS (thanks to NuSuey from tuxdb.com for pointing me to this one)
look for mirrors, don't use example endpoint of @DoctorMcKay (kudos), it shouldn't be exploited
store in local db
pull only changes
if possible, pull all unknown (or obsolete) apps in one request
