"TotalCopheneticIndex" is redundant to "TreeTools", which is already listed in the task view, and is only retained on CRAN for legacy purposes. I wouldn't suggest that it warrants its own entry in the task view; at best we might add a note detailing packages that can calculate various measures of tree balance.
