Feature to keep track of all OGC-API Processes updates and align Weaver's API with them as closely as possible, in backward compatible manner with existing service/processes definitions.

In reference to this, OGC-API client expects to find a JSON or YAML schema endpoint.
This part of the code looks for service-desc rel link
