Include ORCID and other relevant PROV metadata

cwltool and the underlying CWLProv support the --orcid CLI option.

However, there isn't really any established strategy to provide this information in OGC API - Processes - Part 4: Job Management.

One possibility could be to define the ORCID in the Magpie user profile, and infer it when the X-WPS-Output-Context is provided, or inject it via another header. However, this is very DACCS-specific, and not really portable to other OAP-Part4 implementations.

For the time being, the information will be omitted, unless an OGC-official method is defined.
Most probably related to Security SWG efforts that have to establish how to align "auth strategies" across all OGC API specifications.
