ipc019e fw hack help with UART

HI!
Can somebody help me with the process?

I have an ipc019e camera with fw 4.1.6_0211. so i have to use USB TTL (UART).

Read the whole repo, but didn't found meg all the informations, that i need for it.
After theese, there are no more info just the title-s
"disassembly the camera
read the flashrom"

What to do after soldering/read rom? What command do i need ? etc.
