Add helper for dictionary

New Dev Ideas:

Might be nice to add a helper hook on the add question page that if they start with @ImageMap it autocompletes some options or at a minimum shows what is available. Might also be nice to have it help populate the enums textarea with the 'preferred' options from the config.json definitions...
