Fill out the "index" pages in each folder and subfolder. These are supposed to be intermediary navigation pages so you can click through the hierarchy of all fieldnotes and annotations from every semester and student. You can, if you want, add descriptions for each subpage. There are about 150 of these files to fill out, and they don't need much work, but all the work is manual and essentially at your discretion. To help with this, I generated "pages.md" files that include a list of the pages and subdirectories; you can copy these into the "index.md" files. Then, run the "run_pandoc.py" script to generate the final "index.html" files. It is up to you whether you want to keep the .md files around after this is done.
