refresh content in Fall-2018 and pre-fall-2018 directories

These two directories contain filednotes that were taken NOT in the WikiScholars site, largely taken from Google Drive. They need to be organized added to the fieldnotes site once the WikiScholars fieldnotes (contained in content/) are in the right state.

When we are ready to deal with these, we should update the contents of these two directories with the S3 buckets of the same name as there have been additions to these directories since they were first added to this repo
