Workflow launch does not respect filtered views

Currently when applying filters in the project detail view to get a subset of data, launching a workflow will attempt to launch on all media in a section, not the filtered view. This is true from the "All Media" view as well.

To reproduce, create a filtered view, and launch a workflow on that view, and compare the number of media in the filtered view with the number reported by the workflow confirmation.
