If igor (and the command line tools) detect there is a root certificate chain in the .igor directory they should honour this automatically.
Also, there should be an easy way to setup machine client that it is supposed to use Igor on machine server for the command line tools. This should create the .igor directory with the igor.cfg filled in correctly and the root certificates (or self-signed certificates) obtained from the Igor and filled in.
Ideally this should also add the Igor root chain (or self-signed cert) to the system store, but I don't know whether this is feasible. If not instructions should be provided.
All of this should probably be a new subcommand to igorSetup, maybe client or so?
