Add possibilities for admins in browser interface:

to change bike's stand (adding command FORCERETURN to browser interface for admins)
change bike's status as rented by another user - for example admin would change info that bike 001 is on stand x to bike 001 is rented by user xyz
change code of bikelock without renting the bike
