dCache-view uses external resources in UI

To provide the UI functionality the dCache-view makes several http requests to external resources, like charts.gstatic.com. This is obviously not the expected behavior.

Since nothing has really been updated since the use of Google charts at the outset, this must always have been the case.

I assume by this that you want us to cache these?

My expectation as a user/admin would be that all items needed are included with dCacheView and not loaded from an external resource.
