Describe the bug
Launch nvim-gtk with NVIM_GTK_NO_HEADERBAR=1. Type :NGShowProjectView. Nothing happens. I expected the popup to appear somewhere when requested by command, just that there would not be a button to make it pop up (since the headerbar is hidden).

Technical information (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Gentoo Linux
  • Neovim version: 0.4.3
  • Neovim-Gtk build version: 0.2.0
