Steps To Reproduce

1. Login to Web Vault
2. Go to Settings > Security > Two-step login
3. Press Manage on Authenticator app (on an account that doesn't have 2FA setup)
4. Type your password
5. Observe that the QR Code isn't visible on first load
6. Close the popup, press Manage again, type the password and the QR is visible now.

The QR code only fails to show up on first load, if I refresh the page (after loading the popup once) it will show the QR just fine.

This is a client side issue which we can't fix. The testing branch has a newer version which solves this if I'm correct.
