Vaultwarden doesn't maintain or provide any client, except for a modified version of the web-vault. Any features for any client (including the web-vault) should be done via Bitwarden. |

Hi everyone,
First of all, thank you for creating and maintaining Vaultwarden—it's an amazing self-hosted solution for password management!
However, I've noticed a feature that's missing and would greatly improve the user experience. Currently, when using Vaultwarden's autofill functionality (e.g., in browsers), it fills the same password in all fields on a form, including the "current password" and "new password" fields when updating a password on a website.
By contrast, solutions like 1Password automatically recognize these fields and behave intelligently. For example:
They autofill the current password in the "Current Password" field.
They suggest and autofill a new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields.
This feature makes password updates seamless and saves time, especially for users managing multiple accounts.
I was wondering if there are any plans to implement a similar advanced autofill functionality in Vaultwarden. If not, is there a possibility of adding this in the future?
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
