Adding new options: --quiet and --ignore to ignore missing include file. #22

Hi,

I would like to add the following command line option:

  --quiet     to be less verbose
  --ignore    to ignore missing include file

It's not much but it help on large projects.

I have modified the source and if someone have a mn to look at it.
