Add --quiet option (at least for report command)

When leapp report is executed, there are messages like:
Reporting for the requested tasks:
...

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to suppress those messages and just print the report table. It would be good to report errors (like in case of other UNIX utilities). Maybe it would be worth having those also printed to STDERR.
