Building on #16 and the initial PR in datatogether/datatogether#29, we should explicitly include something about online spaces.

The Toronto Mesh code of conduct is an example we could look to.

Add in Code of Conduct and main Contributing Guidelines (for all of Data Together GitHub)

We should have a longer conversation about the content of the Code of Conduct. Cf. [this issue requesting more elaborate discussion of online spaces](datatogether/roadmap#54)

From @allenpg 's comment on datatogether/datatogether#31, a nice comparison of Code of Conducts:

one typo corrected - in terms of the task of checking "consistency" - the Data Together CoC are nearly verbatim EDGI - the CivicTech TO is close - but is more vivid in terms of the wrath that will befall transgressors. Recurse is very different in terms of its formulation of the harassment and its effects. The Geek Feminism Wiki is focused on the "conference" - which may be too restrictive a space for Data Together's purposes, but their content is the most diverse & comprehensive and IMHO should be given more consideration.
