- 1 cup bulghur
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 heaping tablespoon crushed garlic
- chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- lots of chopped Mint
- lots of chopped parsley
- diced tomatoes
- lots of chopped cucumber
- lots of Feta
- Combine bulghur, water, salt. Cover and let stand for at least 15 minutes
- Add lemon juice, garlic, olive oil refrigerate 2-3 hours
- Add veggies, cheese.
