As right now they are loaded in reusable workflows where needed. But then the job may run multiple times in a workflow. For instance, main / pr workflows use the bundle size / E2E / example apps workflows. So the load CI/CD config runs 3 times. When could be ran only once and then pass the info to the reusable workflows.
