Unable to Delete Orphan Workspaces

Describe the bug
Orphan workspaces without any provider or target cannot be deleted using the rm -f command. The system still retains the orphan workspaces even after attempting the deletion.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Identify an orphan workspace with no provider and target.
2. Attempt to delete the workspace using the command rm -f.
3. Check if the workspace still exists.

Expected behavior
The workspace should be removed completely upon executing the deletion command.

@nkkko but how can a workspace be orphaned cause if you try to delete a provider or target then daytona also deletes all the workspaces associated to it.

That is a very good question, and I do not have an answer. It is just there, and I can't remember the order in which things were run.
