Describe the bug
Orphan workspaces without any provider or target cannot be deleted using the rm -f command. The system still retains the orphan workspaces even after attempting the deletion.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Identify an orphan workspace with no provider and target.
Attempt to delete the workspace using the command rm -f.
Check if the workspace still exists.
Expected behavior
The workspace should be removed completely upon executing the deletion command.

@nkkko but how can a workspace be orphaned cause if you try to delete a provider or target then daytona also deletes all the workspaces associated to it.
