Permission control is a good way to onboard the potential users for dapps, so the db3 network should support permission control

Solution

solution 1, all permissions are controlled by developers , they can add a member or delete a member and only the members can write data to the database
solution 2, the developers deploy erc721 token and everyone that has the token can write data to the database
