Add option to get Connections from dbt Cloud

I'm working with @dannymawani over at LEAP and he uses this project to copy&paste Terraform configs. He would like for Connections to be pulled down as resources as well, with anonymized credentials since those can't be pulled from the API.

Hi Sean. There is some support for importing/generating the config for dbtcloud_global_connection. Isn't it working for the customer? If not, what is/are the connection type(s) required?
