Hi all,

we've noticed that the CTEs performance is sometimes much lower than same code rewritten in temp table. Especially when it comes to a recursive logic.
Question: is there any plan of supporting temp table in this package? Or does anyone know if there's any way to improve the performance of dbt on SQL server, such as creating indexes?
