Motion pattner detection in Alzheimer's disease

Dear all,

I have a problem with my parent which is affected by the Alzheimer's disease. I would like to monitor her during the night (see attached pictures).

During the night the patient:

1. is discovered by staying in the cold
2. she slips off the bed and stays on the floor, because he wants to "leave".

The most obvious solution to the problem would be to use a bed with side rails, but the doctor says it is better to leave the patient free to move. This is why a mattress has been placed next to the bed.

I would like to detect these two situations 1) and 2), through the camera and send an alarm signal to the caregiver to intervene and cover the patient with a blanket. Are there already solutions to solve this problem and if not, could this project be the solution?

The generalization of this kind of problems could be:
A) Direct connection to the video stream generated by my camera RLC-811A to an IA based system on the cloud
B) Possibility to generate the alarm event describing the alarm trigger via text message. Example: "please emits an alarm sound if the patient gets out of bed or falls out of bed during the night, or if the patient uncovers himself during the night . Generalization: if the patient make some specific described actions, described via an alarm message or sound
