Add fw/1 4.3.x+ as a dependency to box.json so it can be installed with box install
Remove the framework/ directory
Update README with clear instructions for installing with CommandBox ( box install fw1-sa and box install ) and without (grab latest 4.3.x (or 5.x) fw1 from the repo and and copy the framework/ directory into the web root of this application)
