Standardize transaction and signature actions to work consistently across Open Frame apps.

Expand documentation for actions, metadata, and versioning.

  • Deprecate actionResponse #13 actionResponse -> transactionId update, backwards compatability for app & frame devs
  • Update docs for publication metadata (preferredFrame, frameEmbed)
  • Transaction example
  • Signature example
  • Lens Profile Manager example
  • More details to app support (supported versions, isolate features such as supported actions and networks)
  • More details to integration guide on types of verification (anonymous, lens) and handling versioning info from frames
  • Changeset
