Dekorate documentation and site maintainance.

Our site and docs need some love:

• We have a site and a docs folder. The former seems to be no longer in use. Check if we can completely drop it.
• Update the release script so that it actually updates the the docs and site release version.
• Replace the photograph icons in the dekorate front page with screen-cast (spring ,vertx and quarkus). [new site] Add pictures for the home features #833
• Getting started page code blocks are not displayed correctly [new site] Add a Getting started section #832
• Spring boot getting started page does not show the screen-cast.
• Fix broken links in example readmes. Handled by feat: Add markdown dead links check #957
• review the git user email to use in the website.yml job. At the moment is cmoullia-staff
• Refactor contribute page -> [new site] Refactor the contribute page #862

Task 3 is handled by #955 however decided against using the screencast as they don't look great in the front page.
