Describe the solution you'd like
To allow customers using CSM replication to test that their applications will start and run correctly on the replicated data (while the production application is still running.)

Benefit hypothesis:
The proposed measurable benefit to the end-user or business.
This allows customers using CSM replication to test that the Disaster Recovery solution will work by starting a test copy of the application(s) involved while the production application continues to run in a different namespace or on a different cluster.
