Upgrade to 0.71.0

Hello, do you plan to upgrade this template to use React Native 0.71.0?

Now that Node 18 has reached stable status, most packages require a newer version of Node, making using this template with Node 18 difficult.

Hi! I think this became a bit outdated with recent changes in React Native - they use TypeScript by default and Swift part is impossible because of the c++ code for the new architecture (well it is possible with 2 app delegates, but probably no need to complicate things). And I read somewhere that React Native team is also working on Kotlin as default for Android.
