BUG: Template formatting - Action link adds line break after hyperlink

Description

When sending an email using a template that contains Action Link formatting, any text after the hyperlink is broken out onto a new line. The text should remain on the same line.

• Ticket is understood, and QA has been contacted (if the ticket has a QA label).
• This work is added to the sprint review slide deck (key win bullet point and demo slide)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use template_id 86820037-1374-4072-9f9f-e74f235170a1 in DEV VANotify service to send yourself an email.
2. Note that the text following the action link's hyperlink in that email is broken onto a new line.
3. Observe that this does not happen with a hyperlink at at start of a sentence

Impact/Urgency

Medium

Expected Behavior

• When I receive an email using an Action link, any text in the template on the same line as the hyperlink gets rendered on the same line in the received email.
• No other formatting is broken by this change.
